Impact on region/communities:

The program will provide high-quality removal carbon credits, delivering conservation results by planting native and highly biodiverse species, restoring lost habitats and attracting fauna. Local communities will benefit from job creation and income increase related to the reforestation, monitoring and maintenance activities. The reforestation activities in the program will also improve water security where the program is implemented, as native vegetation is a key element for water flow.
